COMPANY POLICY

  1. All sales are final and non-refundable. An exchange or store credit may be considered at our discretion. Customized glass does not provide return or exchange services.
  2. Exchanges must be completed within 7 days of purchase and accompanied by the original receipt. All exchanged products must be in their original condition and packaging.
  3. All products are sold in "as-is" condition. Customers should inspect all products before leaving the warehouse.
  4. A 30% restocking fee will be applied for any returned or exchanged items that are not in their original condition and packaging.
  5. No exchange or return is allowed for assembled, installed, or damaged products.

 

COMPANY DISCLAIMER

  1. Our products require professional installation. All products must be installed correctly according to the product installation manual. We do not recommend any form of cosmetic or non-cosmetic product alterations.
  2. We do not provide any product installation services. If requested by the customer, we can recommend contractors.
  3. We are not responsible for any property damage or personal injury caused by, but not limited to:

  • Measurement errors provided by contractor or customer.
  • Improper product usage.
  • Intentional or unintentional damage to the product by human error.
  • Natural damages caused by disasters, earthquakes, fires, etc.

PICKUP & SHIPPING POLICY

**Delivery service is temporarily unavailable. From 1.1.2024 until further notice.

  1. We offer in-store pickup and limited local curbside delivery.
  2. In-store pickup hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, Sat 9am-3pm.
  3. Free local delivery is available within 10 miles of South El Monte for orders over $1000.
  4. All in-store pickups require 30 minutes or more for preparation.
  5. Please contact us in advance for the following:
  • To confirm delivery availability for more information.
  • After-hours pickup or delivery.
  • Inquiries about out-of-range delivery or intercontinental shipping.
